Updated Amy Bento Weight Worksheets

I have updated the Amy Bento Excel document that has weight worksheets for most of her workouts. I have added the weight work from Slo-Mo Strength Challenge (which was really easy since she included a worksheet page with the workout) and the Hi-Lo Dome Challenge. The Dome workout has pretty long descriptions since a lot of them are unique moves or very compound moves. You can always rename them with a shorter description if you like, of course.

Someone asked me if I would be doing worksheets for the premixes. I hadn’t planned on it, since the premix stuff is in the regular workouts, but I might get around to putting a worksheet up for the circuit premixes from ASC2.
