New Rotations and What I'll Do Next Week
I've updated to my rotation ideas document (which you can download here). I've added what I plan to do for the next few weeks--alternating weights with yoga or Pilates and no cardio (unless I can get a stationary bike at some point or permission from the physical therapist to do my regular stuff soon). Here's next week's plan:
- Monday: Shoulders, Calves, & Core from 4-Day Split Lower Intensity Step (Cathe)
- Tuesday: Biceps, Triceps from 4-Day Split Boot Camp (Cathe)
- Wednesday: Crunch: Candlelight Yoga (Sara Ivanhoe)
- Thursday: Legs & Core from 4-Day Split Kickbox (Cathe)
- Friday: Yoga Class
- Saturday: Chest & Back from 4-Day Split Higher Intensity Step (Cathe)
- Sunday: Rest
