I’ve Updated the Tools on the Blog
Edited to add: I just uploaded the spreadsheet that shows my entire collection, including the many I have already sold or given away (unless I’ve forgotten any, which is possible). The ones highlighted in blue are ones I haven’t even tried yet. (Sad, isn’t it?)
Edited to add: I’ve also uploaded The Cathe Compendium, which I also got from the Cathe.com forums. It was originally made my Lunacat from the forums . It’s a handy reference about all the workouts in the Cathe Friedrich collection.
I just want to mention the items I have available for download, specifically the “Fitness Tools Available to Download.” I wish I knew who made the Cathe’s Weight Worksheets, but I got them from somebody who got them from somebody else, etc. from the Cathe.com forums. If you click it you can download an Excel spreadsheet with worksheets from most of Cathe Friedrich’s weight workouts. You can see what weights Cathe uses and write in your own weights. I’ve removed my own weights so you can type in yours.
I also have Amy’s Weight Worksheets, which is similar but for some of Amy Bento’s workouts. I did these, modeling them after the Cathe worksheets. It is not a complete set as I haven’t done all of her weight workouts yet.
Another tool you will see available for download is my document of Workout Rotation Ideas. There are plenty of places on the internet to get workout rotations, but this is just a fun document full of my own rotations.
I also have included the spreadsheet listing my current Workout DVD Collection so you can see some of the stuff available out there, though perhaps I should post my entire historical collection, since I have sold or given away twice as many workouts as I now own. I have broken down the list into individual workouts rather than DVDs since Cathe, for instance, has been known to have two or three awesome workouts on one DVD.
