Back in the Saddle Again
So I’m preparing to begin a new rotation tomorrow! I had intended to start today, but I spent much of the day at an aquarium with my kids and a friend and her kids, so it didn’t happen. I did do a lot of walking both in the aquarium and the surrounding neighborhood, so at least I wasn’t just lying around the house.
Here’s the plan for this week (tentative since I invariably end up changing things around, particularly the exact videos I do).
- Monday: Aquarium trip--just lots of walking
- Tuesday: Total Body Circuit & Core (Cathe’s Low Impact Circuit)
- Wednesday: Kickboxing (Tracey Staehle’s Cardio Sweatfest--kickboxing part + part of Sara Ivanhoe’s Basic Yoga for Dummies)
- Thursday: Step Aerobics + Lower Body (Kari Anderson’s Push + part of Cathe’s Gym Style Legs)
- Friday: Turned out to be a rest day--big headache
- Saturday: Step Aerobics (just a couple combos from Cathe’s Low Max + upper body premix from Kelly Coffey-Meyer’s NYC: A New You Coming)
- Sunday: Pilates/Yoga (Suzanne Deason’s Quick Start Yoga for Weight Loss)
Edited to add: I’ve put links on the workout titles to where you can purchase them from my favorite website for purchasing fitness DVDs--www.advancedworkouts.com--just in case you see a workout you don’t own that interests you. However, Advanced Workouts doesn’t carry the Basic Yoga for Dummies, so that is a link to Amazon. Oh, and I’m not getting any advertising money for doing this, just doing it because I like making random links and I like Jen at AW.
