Anxiously Awaiting New Workouts
I have a few new workouts which will be on their way soon. The first to arrive will probably be Cathe Friedrich’s new 4-day Split, which I’m pretty thrilled about. When it arrives I will probably drop everything and work them into my schedule. Then I’ve also preordered the new workouts from Amy Bento, Tracey Staehle, and Kelly Coffey-Meyer. (OK, so I’ve gone a little preorder-crazy but I’m done for the time being). Both Amy and Tracey’s new workout series have sections using the Bosu which I’m dying to play with some more. In the meantime, I have to figure out what to do this week. I think it will be alternating weight and cardio circuits with Pilates/yoga days. Yesterday I did Cathe’s High Step Circuit, but using my Bosu instead of the high step. It made for a fun new kind of workout. Today I’ll be doing Pilates or yoga, perhaps my old favorite, Ellen Barrett’s Crunch: Super SlimDown Pilates Yoga Blend workout.
