This Week's Plan--Already Revised

I had considered starting a 4-Day Split rotation tomorrow, but I'm actually going to push it back to next Monday. This is because my mother and her new husband are visiting this week, so it will be a tough week to fit in good workouts. Instead, I'm going to do some shorter, easier workouts this week and ease my body back into a regular routine before I start the tough stuff next week.

MONDAY..........Cardio....................................Bosu Blast--1st combo (Seasun Zieger) + kickbox section from Cardio Camp (Kimberly Spreen)
TUESDAY.........Upper Body Weights & Core...SSS Body Sculpt Upper (Michelle Dozois)
WEDNESDAY...Cardio.....................................Step Blast- combo 1, 2, 3 premix (Cathe)
THURSDAY......Lower Body Weights & Core....SSS Body Sculpt Lower (Michelle Dozois)
or The Parts Series: Glute Camp (Tracey Staehle)
FRIDAY.............Yoga + Cardio.......................Yoga class + part of Step Sweatfest (Tracey Staehle)
SATURDAY.......Total Body Weights & Core.....Get Ripped & Chiseled (Jari Love)
SUNDAY...........Stretch, Rest.........................Total Body Stretching (Cathe) —1 or 2 segments

I've listed this rotation in my Workout Rotation Ideas document (which you can download here) under the title "Easy Week Plan 3". I've also added another week-long rotation using Cathe's Body Blast Timesaver DVD, because I considered it as an option for the coming week.
