Finally Hope to Start the 4-Day Split Rotation!
I've shuffled around my 4-Day Split rotation which I plan to begin tomorrow. Here's the new version. I've also added it to the Workout Rotation Ideas document which you can find at Fitness Tools Available to Download. I actually mainly shuffled it around so I could do LIS and wear my new Oh My Bod LIS-matching outfit that I gave myself for Christmas for the first workout tomorrow. :)

MONDAY.............Lower Intensity Step plus Shoulders, Calves, & Core (Cathe Friedrich)
TUESDAY............Hi-Lo Xtreme (Amy Bento) or other cardio
WEDNESDAY......Kickbox plus Legs & Core (Cathe)
THURSDAY.........Boot Camp plus Biceps, Triceps (Cathe)
FRIDAY................Yoga Class or Fat Free Yoga (Ravi Singh & Ana Brett)
SATURDAY..........Higher Intensity Step plus Chest & Back (Cathe)
SUNDAY..............Rest

MONDAY.............Higher Intensity Step plus Chest & Back (Cathe)
TUESDAY............Kickbox plus Legs & Core (Cathe)
WEDNESDAY......High Intensity Step Mix 2 (Tracey Staehle) or other cardio

FRIDAY................Yoga Class or Bosu: Long & Lean (Chalene Johnson)
