Sick AGAIN
How is it possible that I am sick again...or is it still sick? I am still congested (as I have been since Halloween or so) but also have a headache and sore throat (the kind where it hurts to swallow but I'm at least not coughing). So I may finally have to go back to the doctor next week. Ugh.
I have decided to rest this weekend and plan to start that 4-Day Split rotation next week. I've even printed it out and posted it in my kitchen so I can always see what the plan is. I can't wait to put all those stickers on my new Cathe Calendar as well.
Today I ordered the new slanted risers from Cathe.com. I think these will be especially helpful for weight work--I know there were some times with Amy Bento's All Pump Xtreme (among other workouts) when using my step as a bench seemed a little precarious when using it in a slanted position (with more risers on one side than the other). These slanted risers should fix that issue.
Edited to add: I still have a few workout DVDs for sale over on Amazon. :)
