Plan for This Week--Still Taking it Easy--Revised
I am still sick, but not as worn out as yesterday, so here's what I've decided I'll do this week.
MONDAY................Rest
TUESDAY...............Slim Sculpt (Ellen Barrett) [I just got this one in the mail and I want to try it out.]
WEDNESDAY.........Rockin’ Body Cardio Jam (M. Dozois)
THURSDAY............Rest day--ended up doing what my fellow Cathe fans like to call Clean Max and cleaned house instead of working out
FRIDAY...................Cardio Step Express (Gay Gasper)
SATURDAY.............Get Ripped & Chiseled (Jari Love)
SUNDAY.................Total Body Stretching (Cathe)—1 segment
I'm also going to upload this plan on my Workout Rotation Ideas document as another Easy Week plan--I now have 4 of those--showing how often I've been sick and tired lately.... Then I will go ahead and start the 4-Day Split Rotation next week.
