Cathe's Advice to Me
How awesome is Cathe Friedrich? I love how she takes time to post new rotations every month on her forum (though so far I've only done one of them). Not only that, but she takes time to answer specific questions. For example, I asked her the other day about whether I might be overtraining since I've got injuries and illness so much lately. I am considering dropping from 6 days to just 5 days of workouts (though I'm not actually doing the 6 days lately since I've been so sick). Click here to see the post and her answer. She said I might want to try cutting back in case I am overtraining.
I just love how caring Cathe seems to be for her fans. She responds so well to people on her forums, even though we are sometimes whiny or demanding. What a woman. I sure hope I can make it to her next Road Trip to meet her. I have also considered going down to join one of her classes some time since she's just a couple hours from here, but haven't figure out what to do with my 2 kids yet.
Soon I'll figure out what I'll be doing next week. I'm still having a fever every day, so not sure if I should keep resting or ease back into workouts next week. Any thoughts you guys want to put in the comments?
