Good 30 Minute Workout
Today I finally got around to trying Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30-Minutes to Fitness DVD. I did Workout 1, which worked back, chest, and legs. There wasn't a whole lot of leg work, so my ankles and knees were fine. My back hurts a bit tonight, so I hope that's just healthy delayed onset muscle soreness and not that I overdid it. I enjoyed the workout and it sure sped along (especially considering it was only 30 minutes). I actually did the premix which mixes the ab work between weight sections. I liked that way of mixing it up and not having a long straight set of ab work. Luckily there wasn't a lot of equipment necessary for this workout (just a couple dumbbells) so it was easy to stop and hop down on the mat for the abs. So, overall, 2 thumbs up for this workout. I'll be trying Workout 2 on Thursday.
