Fitness Failure
OK, I totally failed at fitness last week. I spent more time napping than working out. I'm starting to wonder if I should see my doctor again about my level of fatigue. Or maybe I'm just worn out from waiting up for the hubby to come home when he works late or travels. He had a pretty rough week and that sort of affects me.
I think this week I'll basically follow something similar to last week's plan which I didn't end up following.
Monday.............Crunch: Candlelight Yoga (Sara Ivanhoe) & physical therapy exercises
Tuesday.............30-Minutes to Fitness--Workout 1 (Kelly Coffey-Meyer)
Wednesday........Walking for Weight Loss (Debbie Rocker) & physical therapy exercises
Thursday...........30-Minutes to Fitness--Workout 2 (Kelly Coffey-Meyer)
Friday................Yoga class or Yogini Workout (Ellen Barrett) & physical therapy exercises
Saturday............Muscle Max upper body premix (Cathe Friedrich)
Sunday.............. rest
As of Tuesday I've already revised this a bit.
