This Week's Fitness Plan
Here's this week's rotation. I decided to go ahead and do full body workouts. Today I did a premix of Step Blast, and I enjoyed it so much that I'm going to do a premix from the same DVD tomorrow which alternates step combos from Step Blast with weights from Step, Jump & Pump.
MONDAY.............Step Blast Combo 1, 2, 3 premix (Cathe Friedrich)
TUESDAY............Step, Jump & Pump/Step Blast step & weights circuit premix (Cathe)
WEDNESDAY.....Kick Punch & Crunch (Cathe)
THURSDAY.........Kettlebells the Iron Core Way Vol. 1 (Sarah Lurie)
FRIDAY...............4DS Higher Intensity Step Cardio (Cathe)
SATURDAY.........Supersets or Push Pull (Cathe)
SUNDAY..............Rest
Hurray for Cathe workouts!
Ooh, keep forgetting to mention--I weighed a couple days ago and was down another 0.8 lb. Better than gaining!

I've never heard of Cathe...what makes these workouts better than others? I'm looking for new videos all the time!
Hi Diana, yep, when I went to the doc I was a good 5 lbs heavier than I weighed at home. Ugh.
I never heard of Cathe until last year, probably because she's not sold in stores, but only online (on cathe.com, advancedworkouts.com and on Amazon). She has a large following anyway, and is a veteran instructor of advanced workouts (though if you try her weight workouts you might want to go lighter than she does--I still always go lighter). She's got great clips on her website if you want to see her in action. She's just very professional and original but also very warm and personable. She's supposed to be very sweet in person as well. I'm going to copy this to your blog as well to make sure you see it. :)
