Changing of the Blog
One of the reasons I haven't posted in the last couple days (besides just being busy) is that I am working on a new format for the blog. I found a free template and I've been fiddling with it a bit. As you can see, it's now up and ready. I don't know if I'll keep this long or not, but I've already put quite a bit of effort on this one, so I hate to change it now.
I'm going to continue my fun June rotation tomorrow. Here's the tentative (and fun) plan.

Wednesday......Cardio..................step aerobics
Thursday.........Total Body............Circuit Zone (Tracey Staehle)
Friday..............Cardio..................step or kickboxing
Saturday..........Total Body...........All Pump (Amy Bento)
Sunday.............Rest
