Next Week’s Upper Body Rotation--Revised
OK, I’m still reluctant to do cardio with my bum ankle (and I don’t yet have access to a pool or bike to do gentler cardio) but I would like to do more than upper body, so I’ve adjusted this week accordingly. I’m going to throw in some Pilates and light lower body work. I promise I’ll be good and not overdo it--I will modify or skip any exercise that put awkward pressure on the ankles.
- Monday: Lower Body, Core (Kimberly Spreen’s Amplify Your Strength From Within)
- Tuesday: Upper Body (Cathe’s Gym Style Chest & Triceps)
- Wednesday: Lower Body, Core (Tracy Effinger’s Squeeze--lower, abs)
- Thursday: Upper Body (Cathe’s Gym Style Back, Shoulders, & Biceps)
- Friday: Made this a rest day
- Saturday: Upper Body (Amy Bento’s All Pump upper body only)
- Sunday: Rest
