Another Upper Body Plan--Revised

In light of the fact that my ankle is still weakened, I’ve come up with another week-long plan for an upper body & core focus. I’m going to do a upper body split mainly using Cathe’s Body Blast Timesaver DVD--if the ankle improves I will go ahead and do some of the cardio portions as well. I worried that this was kind of a wimpy plan, but then I remembered that school starts on Thursday, and then nursery school orientation and a Kindergarten classroom visit are both on Friday, so I switched it around a little more to make those rest or at least very short days.

  • Monday: Upper Body (Cathe’s Body Blast Timesaver #4 Shoulders + #2 Back/Core)
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: Upper Body (Cathe’s BB Timesaver #1 Chest/Triceps + #3 Biceps/Core)
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: Core (Cathe’s Butts & Guts Bonus Stability Ball Abs section)
  • Saturday: Upper Body (Amy Bento’s All Pump Xtreme Timesaver Upper Body NRG #4 mix)
  • Sunday: Rest
